If he's horrified, it must be because because he just watched several of his burnt orange friends get whipped by a masked rider, cape flying, her cavalry leading the charge.
I personally vote for the former, his arms a signal to the world that what he just saw was, in fact, a touchdown.

It wasn’t the last second. It was the second to last second. The Raiders, being ever so gracious, left the Longhorns an entire second on the clock to try and catch up. They also got a lot of practice herding fans off the field.
Go Red Raiders. We were at a party last night watching the game and we all were so tense and yelled like crazy people when that touch down happened.
