#1 might be interesting. I don't think I'll be doing any talking, but that's cool.
What the hell with #2? I need a more specific prompt. This one could go in 16 different directions. Dr. Larry's cruisin' for a bruisin' with this lack of specificity (and lack of question, for that matter!).
#3, especially with your additions, is actually interesting to me, but I've shut off my brain in anticipation of three days of intense IB grading. So... hopefully that one will come up again when my brain is reactivated.
I get the distinct feeling I will not be able to concentrate tomorrow night after spending the day grading oral commentaries. In fact, I think we should be proud if we manage to stay awake and not babble incoherently. I'm cool with setting the bar that low. -

these are interesting topics for discussion. Here are my two cents:
#1 I think it depends on why you go into business. Some entrepreneurs genuinely have a divine purpose while some are driven by profits and greed.
#2 public virtues: are these like manners? If so, our society has lost a good bit of these.
#3. As a Dallas resident (1.5 yrs), I see intellect on the rise in some communities and on the decline in others. I find Dallas to be a city of extremes...very poor or very rich, very hot or very cold...little middle ground -
