I will answer number 1.
You do the crime you pay the price. It does not matter how young or old you are. You did this so pay for it. I mean whomever you hurt and did the crime to my not get that second chance or have their life go back the same so why should the person who did the crime get a break...

Number #3....yes, it can be. I feel my line of business, real estate, is somewhat a calling. I work with families to find new homes or others who need to sell for difficult reasons and have to get out of situations.
